Junior Lauren Lai was elected as Justice High School’s Exec­u­tive Pres­i­dent for the 2022–2023 school year. Lai partic­i­pates in school­wide activ­i­ties such as Cham­ber Orches­tra, Winter Track & Field, National Honor Soci­ety, and more!

Lai orig­i­nally applied for this posi­tion in an attempt to lead the school to the best of its abil­i­ties. Now elected, she has the respon­si­bil­ity to repre­sent the Student Govern­ment Asso­ci­a­tion (SGA) or desig­nate a repre­sen­ta­tive at all high school func­tions, commit­tees and coun­cils, and at appro­pri­ate commu­nity, state, and federal functions.

Lai hopes that by acquir­ing this posi­tion, she can help make students’ voices heard. “[I believe] the way to change is through the students. Being open to their thoughts is the best way to create change. I will stand as a leader and as an outlet for students,” said Lai.
